UDF Storms in; CPM Ousted in Kerala

Thumping victory for UDF and its captain V D Satheesan in Kerala. The alliance has a clear mandate with lead over 103 constituencies in the 140 seat assembly.

The trend is visible all over the state going over and above Congress strongholds. Thanking voters for this massive victory, V D Satheesan said that the people believed in UDF and that is reflected in their mandate.

Ruling LDF failed miserably with nine ministers losing the battle and even CM Pinarayi Vijayan facing a tough battle in Dharmadam. CPM strongholds in Kannur shattered sending shockwaves across the party.

BJP also marked history in the state with its win in three constituencies.
