Congress leader V D Satheesan is sworn in as 13th Chief Minister of Kerala. The ceremony took place at Thiruvananthapuram Central Stadium which was tightly packed with dignitaries such as Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi as well as people from all walks of life.
Governor Rajendra Arlekar administered the oath of office and the oath of secrecy to Satheesan.
